The process
How a submission runs
The same sequence, whether it's one pantry sink or a whole floor of toilets. You can hand us the whole job, or just the steps that need a licence.

Scope & layout
We survey, mark up or draw the plumbing layout, and state exactly what will be installed — itemised, with exclusions in writing.

Endorse & submit
As licensed plumber we endorse the layout and lodge the sanitary works submission (Form F) and water supply installation (WSI) submission — or Form E for temporary facilities — with PUB, coordinating with your QP where one is appointed.

Install & test
Work is carried out to the PUB Code of Practice. Where the sewer protection zone is involved, pre- and post-construction CCTV surveys are done to WRN requirements.

Inspection & approval
We arrange the PUB inspection, attend it, close out comments and apply for the meter or turn-on. The job ends approved, not just installed.

Endorsement-only
Your own plumber did the work, or the main contractor's house plumber is on site — you just need a licensed plumber to review and endorse the plan. We take these jobs, and have for years.
Meters
Meter applications
New PUB sub-meters for tenancies, meter upgrades and relocations, isolation and discharge of tanks when accounts terminate. Small jobs on paper — slow ones if the paperwork's wrong.
Site compliance
Construction-site compliance
Temporary toilet facilities with Form E, sewer connection and termination, CCTV surveys inside sewer protection zones, written direction replies. We've supported sites from HDB blocks to ports.
